Pasta, a healthy twist
Zucchini and Gluten Free Pasta with Pesto
1 box Gluten Free Spaghetti
1 XL or 2 medium Zucchini
1/2-1 C, Grated Romano or Parmesan
Cook Pasta according to box. As it is cooking use your "spralizer" on washed Zucchini. When the pasta has 1 minute left to cook add the Zucchini. When finished cooking drain the pasta and Zucchini and place back in the pot. Pour the pesto sauce in the pot and stir well. Serve with the cheese to top it. Makes 4 servings.
